What is 4x4 Driving
Four wheel drive or four by four is a four wheeled vehicle for off-road driving. They provide better control for unusual driving surfaces such as ice, mud, snow, slippery surfaces or loose gravel such as when rally driving.
What Will I Be Doing During the 4x4 Session?
Attempt this challenging purpose built off-road course. A superb setting which will really test your driving skills to the limit. Full instruction from qualified staff will enable you to complete the course but not before negotiating some exhilerating terrain - truly hair raising at times! With 2.8 injection Vauxhall Fronteras.
Who Can Do 4x4 Driving ?
This is an activity suitable for most adults no matter your ages or abilitiy.
Where Can I do Four By Four ?
Call of the Wild’s sessions take place on the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, Wales.
Duration/Length of the Off-Road Driving session?
This is variable depending on the size, nature of the group, nature of the event and the prevailing weather conditions on the day. A session can be tailored to meet your groups requirements. A session can be anything from 2 to 3 hours .
When can I do the Driving?
We operate our sessions in Wales all year.
What is it going to cost me?

What will I have to Wear for my Off-Road driving Session?
A full kit list will be issued upon booking however we will supply you with a helmet.
Good Combinations of Activities
4x4 off-road driving is suitable for combination with other activities for weekends or longer duration visits. It can be combined with any of the range of activities available whether it be canyoning, gorge walking, climbing, quad biking, paintball and clays. See also our adventure days where in a single day you can sample climbing and another activity such as gorge walking and/or caving.
Can I Use a Camera?
Yes you can as there will be an opportunity to take photos at the start and finish but little opportunity when on the activity.
