Accommodation
Legend
You will stay at our legendary Merlins. This remains our most popular stag party venue for our groups who choose stay with Call of the Wild and remains a firm favourite for its friendly, lively and hospitable atmosphere. A great venue for a stag party weekend. You are guaranteed a warm welcome as you will be met by our staff who will look after you during the stag party. Merlins, which has its own bar which stays open late for residents, is situated in a lively town 20 minutes off the M4 at Swansea and just on the southern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Merlins has 9 rooms containing bunkbeds. Each room has en-suite facilities.
Activities
You can change these activities if they don’t suit your requirements. For instance you can susbstitute quad biking with climbing, caving, paintballing or clay pigeon shooting to name but a few. Take a look at the full list of activities by clicking here
Canyoning
Call of the Wild are the leading provider of Canyoning in the UK -. Really test yourself by white water rafting without the raft! You will follow the river down one of the magnificent gorges by tobogganing down rapids, walking under and jumping off spectacular waterfalls. Our most popular activity. A high adrenaline day and one not to be missed.
Quad Biking
Our staff ensure you will have a great day. These are 250cc machines which guarantee an action packed experience. You are escorted by our instructors into the great outdoors with magnificent views out over the Brecon Beacons. Not restricted to a single track you ride through woodland, over mountain and rough terrain with water thrown in for good measure taking in the challenges en route.
Food
All included so you don’t have to worry about finding anywhere for your group to eat. Don't expect free beer unless we have some specil offers on. Take a look at our special offers page to see what's available. You never know your luck!
Transport
To and from activity venues. It’s difficult enough to find a venue when you are sober and on your own let alone trying it with a hangover and a group loud lads in the car with you. Therefore this option makes a lot of sense.
Nightlife
This will be a night out in Bay side city of Swansea – the nightlife hub for South Wales. A wide choice of pubs, clubs and bars to choose from. Most have late licences so no need for queue jumping and few problems getting access for stag groups.
Casino
Experience the usual suspects –roulette, black jack and poker. A host can be arranged to teach you the ropes before you plunge into the live games. A great evening should you choose to give it a try.
