Management Development in the Real World

Our management training courses and development courses are designed to have a ‘real world’ focus aiming to develop skill sets that are relevant to management and leadership in today’s workplace and helping to make the manager more self-reliant and better equipped when returning to the workplace.

Accreditation and Course Duration

Management training courses can be accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management. We can offer ILM Level 3 Certificate in Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers, Level 3 Award in Leadership and up to Level 7 in Strategic Leadership. Also various ILM endorsed and development awards.

The duration of the programmes is dependent on the outcomes required. Course length can therefore vary from a half day to 3 to 4 days or long while accredited courses run over a period of months. With many of our clients we have ongoing relationships and this means that we deliver to them on an ongoing basis.
