Accreditation and Course Duration

Management training courses can be accredited with the Institute of Leadership and Management. We can offer ILM Level 3 Certificate in Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers, Level 3 Award in Leadership and up to Level 7 in Strategic Leadership. Also various ILM endorsed and development awards.

The duration of the programmes is dependent on the outcomes required. Course length can therefore vary from a half day to 3 to 4 days or longer. The accredited courses run over a period of months. With many of our clients we have ongoing relationships and this means that we deliver to them on an ongoing basis.
