Jennie Richards

Jennie is an experienced, high performance ex- Human Resources and Organisation Development Director with sound abilities across the HR and OD agenda and a reputation for building and maintaining collaborative relationships with all stakeholders. She has achieved continuous improvements in both the public and private sector, driving organisation and staff performance whilst implementing cost efficiencies.

She has significant experience in HR &OD Strategy– in formulating and driving organisational change and restructuring; as well as developing HR plans to meet organisational / business imperatives. Jennie has experience in multi-sector HR, in recruitment and selection, performance management, organisational design, training design and delivery, employee relations, TUPE, managing people information, talent management reward and benefits. She regularly Influences, negotiates with and advises managers on HR matters in a target driven environment; effective negotiation with trade union and employee representatives on local and national levels. She is well versed in Employment Law and is up-to-date in employment legislation and its application

 

She has worked in the Hospitality Industry, Cosmetics Industry, and Education sector across the UK and in the investment arm of the Welsh Government.

She holds a BSc and an MSc and is a member of the CIPD.
