Marc delivers ILM leadership and management higher apprenticeships and other training courses to our clients. He has a detailed knowledge of ILM qualification delivery and how to make it relevant to the learner, their place of work and the employer.
Marc completed a toolmaking apprenticeship in the early 80’s, from there he moved onto being self-employed as an installation fitter for automated conveyor system. Marc then started work as an Electrical Design Engineer as Lucas SEI in South Wales, where he gained his assessor & training qualifications. Marc has also been an assessor/verifier & a training manager at a local nickel refinery.
Marc, in his previous roles as Learning and Development Partner and Training Manager, has extensive experience of the engineering and automotive sectors. He has :-
• Developed and implemented talent development solutions for the company’s employees including performance management, organisation, and leadership development, change management, competency development and instructional design.
• Analysed and measured the impact of training methodologies and processes on continual improvement efforts and ensured that all training and assessments valid current and compliant.
• Introduced strategic and tactical action plans to manage competence and compliance training for the site to TS16964 Automotive Standards, as well as company inductions.
