Higher Apprenticeship in Management at Level 5 are a way of improving the skills and knowledge of your employees. The Apprenticeship programme in Wales has been designed to provide flexible and portable qualifications. Management and leadership skills have a major impact on the development, productivity and performance of organisations across all sectors of the economy. - Apprenticeship Certificate in Level 5 Leadership and Management
Cost
The cost of the apprenticeship is funded by the Welsh Government for Levy payers (subject to meeting eligibility criteria). A small contribution could apply for those non-levy payers.

21 months
Who Is This Qualification For?
The ILM Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship is aimed at middle managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and resources. It develops skills in strategy planning, change, and business process design alongside core leadership and management abilities such as inspiring colleagues and delivering results. It is designed for managers seeking a thorough grounding in their role and responsibilities, plus the opportunity to consolidate and further develop key skills and knowledge needed at this level.
Delivery and Course Structure
The programme is delivered remotely and face-to-face with evidence gathered through work activities. An assessor will be allocated to the learners who will visit them each month for approximately a few hours each visit. Evidence will be assessed together with the setting of further work at these visits.
