This ILM Level 4 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management Higher Apprenticeship management qualification (which includes the NVQ,VRQ and Essential Skills) will be delivered over a period of 12 months, and will require the learner to attend regular monthly assessor visits at the workplace.
For the Level 4 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management the credit value is 37, 27 credits for the 4 mandatory units, and 10 credits from Groups 1, 2 or 3.
