ILM Level 5 Diploma Qualification Overview
This Higher Apprenticeship management qualification (which includes the NVQ,VRQ and Essential Skills) will be
delivered over a period of 12 to 18 months, and will require the learner to attend regular monthly assessor visits at the workplace
For the Level 5 Diploma in Principles of Leadership and Management Five mandatory units from Group 1, a choice of optional units from Groups 2 and 3, and a maximum of 14 credits from Group 3. The mandatory units are listed in the table below and a sample of the optional units. A full list can be supplied on request.
