This adds to our existing portfolio of programmes and allows us offer bespoke accredited ILM courses for our clients. ILM is the largest qualification awarding and professional membership body in Europe for management and leadership vocational qualifications.The content of ILM programmes is linked to the latest management & leadership standards, ensuring relevant, current content and thinking.

All qualifications feature work-based assessments designed to bring tangible business benefits to you and your company.

Call of the Wild have obtained the prestigious Investors In People Standard. The Investors in People Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people. Developed in 1990 by a partnership of leading businesses and national organisations, the Standard helps organisations to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.

Call of the Wild, being one the foremost training companies in the UK already provide innovative solutions for Companies to develop their people. Our mission statement contains at its heart our objective of delivering business improvement through the continuing professional development of our own staff.

We are an approved centre with the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health. This allows us to deliver high quality accredited qualifications such as:-

• IOSH Managing Safely
• IOSH Working Safely

We are an approved centre with  City and Guilds. This allows us to deliver high quality accredited qualifications such as:-

• Occupational Health and Safety Level 3 & 5
• Essential Skills – Communication
• Essential Skills – Application of Number
• Essential Skills – Digital Literacy

We are an approved centre with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH). This allows us to deliver high quality accredited qualifications such as:-

• Manual Handling Training
• Working at Height
• Health & Safety in the Workplace
• COSHH Training

We are an approved centre with OCR. This allows us to deliver high quality accredited qualifications including:-

• Level 4 Diploma in Advice and Guidance
• Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development

Call of the Wild are also members of the Institute For Outdoor Learning. This organisation seeks to promote and further the cause of learning utilising an outdoor environment.

Call of the Wild are also keen to promote sustainable use of the environment, this means that our programmes won’t cost the earth. The Company has already obtained a Level 2 Green Dragon Award for our commitment to sustainability and is working towards obtaining carbon neutrality status.

The Leadership & Management Quality Award represents the first definitive standard for training providers offering leadership and management development to companies and their employees. Those who gain the award become part of a select group of training providers who demonstrate best practice and maintain the highest standards.
