We’ve been shortlisted for two awards at the inaugural CIPD Wales People Management Awards. The first Welsh awards are designed to recognise the best in HR, employee engagement and people management from across Wales.
What the awards are recognising is those who have the skills, and are at the forefront of best practice and innovation – not just in what are seen as traditional HR roles, but in all aspects of people management, learning and development.
Shortlisted For Two CIPD Wales Category Awards
The two categories we’ve been shortlisted for are:-
- Best Change Management Initiative
- Outstanding Creativity and Innovation in HR
We’ve been shortlisted for our work with Magor Designs and putting together a ‘Managing Positively’ programme for them.
The judging has been by sector figures who have proven themselves as leaders in the spheres of business, public bodies and membership organisations, so the winners will know that they have truly impressed their peers.
The awards dinner will take place on 26th October at the National Museum of Wales in Cardiff.
