CDM 2015 for Principal Contractors and Contractors – (Construction Design Management Regulations)

Course Overview

The CDM regulations are undergoing a significant change. For instance, new requirements are placed on companies working on domestic properties, meaning hundreds of small/medium sized companies will be affected. The regulations came into force in April 2015 and there are limited transition arrangements. Therefore, it is essential that all Principal Contractors and Contractors have an awareness of CDM 2015. To support this, we have designed a one day workshop to clarify the requirements of the new regulations and provide guidance to construction companies on legislation compliance.

Entry Requirement

Delegates should work in the construction sector and have Principal Contractor or Contractor responsibilities. For example, managers of large construction projects, busy builders, electrical, gas or plumbing contractors.
