Karoline was a fantastic Learning Coach and a breath of fresh air at every meeting – hugely supportive and very motivational when discussing the course topics. Always positive and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The Team made the process of working with Call of the Wild very easy. Extremely well organised and I felt very well supported.
The assignments, statements and discussion have helped me reflect on the way I work as a manager and leader and as I result I will be using this newfound knowledge and experience and put this learning into practice and improve as a leader. Very thought-provoking and insightful.
