Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) For Managers and Front Line staff
In the UK 1 in 4 will experience a Mental Health problem at any one time, therefore it is vital that Employees recognise symptoms themselves and Employers can recognise it in their members of staff, especially those that are exposed to unpleasant and challenging scenes regularly, such as social workers, front line worker for tenanted properties, carers and so on.
This course is designed to help people to be aware of Mental Health in the workplace, to assist managers in their duty of care to their staff, highlight to front line staff key concerns to look out for in themselves and their colleagues.

How the course is delivered
The course is mainly theory based and is delivered over 2 hours. It will provide you with the knowledge and understanding of the different types of Mental Health as well as the treatment for those that suffer with it. You will be able to identify the development of Mental Health issues and learn effective communication skills to address emerging and existing conditions

We are registered with the awarding body Qualsafe.
This course is delivered by our ex-army front line medic of 12 years who has extent knowledge and experience in this subject, working in a variety of war and peace environments as a TRiM Practitioner.
