L6 Career Guidance and Development.

Option 1

Gain a full Level 6 qualification which includes achievement of 7 Mandatory units and optional units totalling 15 credits. (£2,095 + £195 enrolment = £2,290)

Option 2

If a client would like to combine management units with the full L6 we can offer two of these units within the cost, the third unit will be at an extra cost of £300. This would make the management enhanced Level 6 £2,395 + £195 enrolment = £2,590)

Option 3

Stand Alone L6 Management Units

Management units for leaders in careers delivery must be achieved following the government’s Careers Strategy, launched in December 2017, and statutory guidance published in January, set out a range of new requirements for schools and colleges. For more information click here

Careers Guidance For Young People in School – Government Guidance

Units 21, 22 and 23 are management units and can be certified by CDI on achievement at an extra cost, will achieve the  CDI Certificate in Careers Leadership – for the Career leader in an establishment. Must be in a managerial role to be able to achieve and approved by the new Government Legislation

Unit 21

Lead and manage career development work in an organisation,  to develop the learner’s critical understanding of the leadership and management of career development work in an educational or training institution and to enable the learner to lead and manage career development work in such organisations

Unit 22

Continuously improve career development work in an organisation,  to develop the learner’s critical understanding of processes of reviewing, evaluating and developing career development work in an educational or training institution,  and to enable the learner to lead the continuous improvement of career development work in such organisations.

Unit 23

Plan and design career related learning programmes, to develop the learner’s critical understanding of how to plan and design a career related learning programme in an educational or training institution, and to enable the learner to plan, design and evaluate the career related learning programme and make recommendations for improvement.
