Karoline is our quality and performance manager overseeing the the quality of delivery to our clients. She also manages a team of assessors delivering ILM Management Qualifications at Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5, Team Leading Level 2; by encouraging , supporting and motivating the assessors to meet their monthly targets for portfolio submission and review target submission

Karoline has extensive knowledge of assessing and internally verify NVQ/QCF portfolio’s for Management levels 3, 4 and 5, Customer Service levels 2 and 3, Business Administration levels 2 and 3 and also Team Leading level 2.

  • Professional Trainer Certificate
  • L 4 Advanced Health and Safety in the Workplace

I've had  a fantastic learning coach, she has given me the support and guidance I needed to get the course completed.
