I have found working with Lou absolutely fantastic – She quickly figured out my learning style and strengths and helped me to really make progress after not feeling I had made so much with my previous tutor. She has been supportive, and  is very knowledgeable, and I could tell that she had been a manager and that she had worked in business so that when she was coaching me and we were in discussion the advice was useful and real. Call of the Wild has been a great course provider and has met the needs of me and the other learners in the business. I have spoken to all other learners at the business who have not had anything negative to say. I feel that completing this ILM level 5 in business management and leadership has helped me so much in my role – when I have to provide reports, when I plan and when I build relationships. It has also reminded me to keep evidence of everything that goes on and I now notice things in business and in my department that I hadn’t before. During my time doing this course I have implemented new policies and approaches in my department which I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do before.
