6:30-8:30pm | Wednesday 22 February | House of Lords, London
We are once again proudly supporting Wales Week in London and will be hosting an exclusive event as part of the programme. The event will be held in the beautiful Cholmondeley Room and Terrace in the House of Lords on Wednesday 22 February, where we will be joined by the Welsh Rugby legend, Sir Gareth Edwards CBE.
Sir Gareth’s career as a key player for Cardiff RFC, British and Irish Lions and the Welsh national team has set him apart as a Rugby legend and Welsh icon. He’ll be reflecting on some of the great leaders and Captains he’s played under, and the impact they and others have had on his exceptional career. He’ll also be discussing his legacy and introducing his eponymous Charity, the Sir Gareth Edwards Cancer Charity, supporting young people in Wales going through cancer treatment. A cause that is very close to his heart.
The talk will be followed by a Q&A and Sir Gareth will then be joining us on the terrace for a drink’s reception and opportunity to network.
