After delivering a leadership development programme for our client in North America with teams from the USA, Mexico and Canada we are now pleased to announce the programme has been extended to China and Thailand.
Leadership Programme For China and Thailand
The leadership programme has been so well received in North America that the client has now decided to roll it our to their teams in China and Thailand. This is testament to the excellent work being done by our leadership experts delivering this programme. It speaks volumes when we continually get feedback such as that below about the quality of the programme and the impact it’s having:-
“That was honestly the most fun training program I have ever done. I’m actually kind of upset I have to go back to work.”
Programme Delivery Model
Call of the Wild’s offering was once rooted in our incredible surroundings and landscapes of the Brecon Beacons in Wales, UK. However we were quick to pivot our offering when lockdown measures started being introduced due to Covid so it can be delivered in person or online as a virtual management development programme. By moving from face to face delivery to a redesigned online programme it has meant we were able to continue to deliver this leadership programme without having to any longer travel to the United States or Asia.
Our approach has been especially innovative as we have developed new ways of delivering its leadership courses to ensure they continue to be an immersive and challenging experience – even when completed virtually. We have succeeded in continuing to leverage the incredible landscape and geographical features around us in the Brecon Beacons.
Geraint Lewis, MD, Call of the Wild, said:
“The reality is that we are a Welsh company based in a remote location who have used the outdoor ‘green classroom’ as a powerful vehicle for learning to take place. That has always been our USP and we have based our identity and offering historically around our location and everything that offers. We have now embraced the digital world, put our own unique spin on things, and that has allowed us to continue to offer our programmes to clients albeit in a different way but without diminishing their impact.”
