Working with Karoline my learning coach has been a pleasure. She has been a tremendous support to me in helping me achieve my long ambition of gaining my ILM L5. For this I will be forever grateful. This is my second Apprenticeship with Call of the Wild and I have had a positive experience on both occasions. Everything runs smoothly with timely communication.
Undertaking this ILM L5 has supported development in my role. I have learned so much along the journey, and it has helped me develop my skills as a manager and become more confident and effective as a result. I have and will take much away from this learning experience and will recommend Call of the Wild to colleagues in the future
