About The Event
The ‘Elite Teams’ programme, meticulously designed to equip your team with the tools and knowledge they need to perform at their peak from the very beginning of the year. This exclusive day will reinvigorate your workforce, unite your team, and prepare them for an exceptional year ahead.
What Can You Expect From This Elite Team Development Day
We’ll start the day off with a facilitated team meeting, realign your team with the vision, mission, and values of your organisation while introducing the 2024 strategy.
After coffee we’ll then take the team through some activities, designed to reinforce the morning’s learning points through engaging and thought-provoking team activities.
In the afternoon you’ll choose from one of three workshops:
- Reliance and Recovery: Focus on overcoming challenges and building resilience. We’ll discuss strategies for navigating crises and disruptions effectively.
- Innovation and Adaptation: Encourage a culture of innovation and agility. We’ll explore how the company can adapt to changing market conditions and technology trends.
- A-Team Building: Creating a high-performing team requires alignment among teams and departments to achieve common goals is paramount. We’ll work on creating unity in pursuing the company’s mission and vision.

The Venue
The Vale Resort and Hensol Castle
All of this will take place in the beautiful Vale Resort and majestic 17th-century Hensol Castle, situated in the heart of South Wales. The Vale Resort is one of Wales’ favourite four-star Resorts. Set in over 650 acres of beautiful countryside, the Resort is home to a luxuriously appointed 143 bedroom hotel and conference centre.
Hensol Castle is enchanting castle is nestled within the grounds of the Resort, featuring its own serpentine lake and pontoon. The castle’s historic charm sets the stage for an extraordinary team development day.
Maes-y-fron
Nestled in the breathtaking Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park, Call of the Wild’s 70-acre training centre, Maes-y-fron, offers a unique setting, bringing the natural environment into the classroom. The purpose-built farmhouse venue, converted from a 200-year-old Welsh mountain farmhouse, accommodates courses ranging from 6 to 160 participants. Surrounded by the untamed beauty of the National Park, known for its mountains, waterfalls, and caves, the centre provides a picturesque and informal backdrop, with full on-site catering.
