Allison is one the first people you’ll probably have contact with when either phoning or e-mailing. Allison will deal with your initial enquiry, ensure we have all the information we require concerning your exact requirements and then pass this on to our Learning and Development Manager and relevant consultant.

She will be then one of your points of contact, in liaison with the L&D Manager , ensuring that all arrangements are made to satisfy the requirements of your group.

Karoline has been excellent to work with throughout the programme. She has provided thorough and well‑structured guidance, helping me navigate the requirements of each unit with clarity. Her feedback and support have made the process straightforward and easy to manage, while ensuring I clearly understood what was required to meet the assessment criteria. My experience with Call of the Wild has been very positive. The programme has been well organised, with a clear and straightforward structure for progressing through each unit. The overall process has been supportive, efficient, and easy to engage with from start to finish. The learning has been directly beneficial to my role, as I was able to select units aligned to my ongoing work. The reflective nature of the assessments encouraged me to critically consider real, day‑to‑day challenges, providing greater focus and structure to my work while ensuring the learning was clearly contextualised to my professional responsibilities.
