The tutor was great, friendly, and very encouraging to progress during all stages of the course. Found her very helpful and great at explaining on what is required. Would be willing to do another course with them. The process has been great, a very good training provider. The systems used are great and easy to understand. Would recommend This has helped me gain, develop, and learn new skills to take away and put into practice to get better results from carrying out my management role. It has given me a lot of information and guidance. It has also improved my self belief in what I role and what I can achieve.
