Alun Wyn Jones Wales Rugby CaptainWe welcomed a DofE and rugby giant Alun Wyn Jones to the shadow of the sleeping giant at our training centre in the Brecon Beacons last week to celebrate us becoming a new Silver Business Supporter of the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme .

Alun is a Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme Ambassador.

Alun Wyn Jone, a true icon of the modern game, is the current captain of the Wales national team, and the former captain of the Ospreys in the Pro14. He is the world’s most capped second row forward and Wales’ joint most capped player. He has also been on 3 tours and won nine caps for the British & Irish Lions whilst touring South Africa, Australia and New Zealand. He is one of a small group of Welsh players to have won three Grand Slams. He was named as the best player of the 2019 Six Nations Championship.
