Subject to meeting eligibility criteria the cost of the apprenticeship is funded by the Welsh Government

Duration

18 months although can be less depending on the ability and level of commitment of the learner

Who Is This Qualification For?

Help and support signpostThe ILM Level 5 Higher Apprenticeship is aimed at middle managers with responsibility for substantial programmes and resources. It develops skills in strategy planning, change and business process design alongside core leadership and management abilities such as inspiring colleagues and delivering results. It is designed for managers seeking a thorough grounding in their role and responsibilities, plus the opportunity to consolidate and further develop key skills and knowledge needed at this level.

Delivery and Course Structure

NVQ in Advice and GuidanceThe programme is delivered at the workplace with evidence gathered through  work activities. An assessor will be allocated to the learners who will visit them each month for approximately a few hours each visit. Evidence will be assessed together with the setting of further work  at these visits.
