Eleanor was such a delight and we have learned a lot through the interactive sessions that we partook with Lester's learning slides it balanced out the theories with the interactive online Call of the Wild session. I have never stayed so long on a webcam let alone experienced virtual sessions as interesting as this. When we had discussions about leadership, it was nice to have some opportunities to practise them and actually try it out. Rather than just talking about leadership in our workplaces, it was beneficial to actually trial it out to each other to make mistakes and learn practically.
