The overall process has been supportive, efficient, and easy to engage with from start to finish. The learning has been directly beneficial to my role, as I was able to select units aligned to my ongoing work. The reflective nature of the assessments encouraged me to critically consider real, day‑to‑day challenges, providing greater focus and structure to my work while ensuring the learning was clearly contextualised to my professional responsibilities.
