The Call of the Wild Women in Leadership Development Programme is a fully immersive, in-person learning experience set in the breathtaking Brecon Beacons (Bannau Brycheiniog) National Park. Over three transformational days, you will step away from the office and into an environment designed to challenge, inspire, and empower you as a leader.
This programme addresses the barriers that women face in leadership, focusing on self-development, self-perception, and self-acceptance. You will gain the tools to navigate gender biases, enhance your leadership impact, and create a clear plan for future success. It’s an immersive programme designed to help you take the next steps in your career with confidence or regain your confidence in your leadership position! The programme will give you an opportunity to not only help you progress in your career but also meet like-minded people and expand your network.

- Examine TIARA syndrome and reflect on personal position to this
- How self -aware are you and examine your emotional intelligence

Cost
This is an open course and costs £1,165pp plus VAT.
We can run this as a group session for a number of people in your organisation or as an open session. Closed or in-house – from £6,995 plus VAT for up to 12.
