It focuses on self-development, self-perception, and ultimately self-acceptance as a leader. The Women in Leadership Online Development Programme will give you an opportunity to not only help you progress in your career but also meet like-minded people and expand your network.

- Examine TIARA syndrome and reflect on personal position to this
- How self -aware are you and examine your emotional intelligence

This is an open course and costs £495pp plus VAT.
