A tsunami of business-critical training must now be delivered in a short space of time
Restrictions on social interaction imposed because of COVID-19 have created a significant backlog of important training within many organisations – much of which is legally required within a certain timescale and thus must now be completed quickly.
That is according to Call of the Wild, a training company in South Wales, which is reporting a flood of inquiries and bookings for training from companies trying to catch-up on necessary training and use budgets before the end of the financial year in March.
National Careers Week was established in 2010 and aims to promote good career guidance throughout schools and colleges.
During 2021, we welcome the first ever ‘virtual careers week’ which takes place on the 1st – 5th March 2021.
Previous events have helped many students make effective decisions about their future prospects.
The feedback we’re getting is that the issue most leaders are struggling most with at over the last 12 months is leading remotely and not in person.

As an alternative they came to stay in Wales for their pre-season training camp.
Despite recent announcements by the Government introducing further lockdown restrictions we are still open for business!
